GENERAL INFORMATION
These general conditions of sale of goods in the online store (hereinafter the "conditions") determine the purchase order of goods through the online store by natural or legal persons, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer"; when mentioned jointly, the seller and the buyer are also called "Parties" and each individually "Parties".
Each party guarantees to the other party that it has the necessary right and capacity, as well as all the necessary and sufficient rights and powers to conclude and execute the sales contract.
By ordering goods via the online store, the buyer accepts these general conditions.
The seller reserves the right to make changes to these conditions, and the buyer undertakes to regularly follow the changes made to the conditions appearing on the online store page.
The buyer accepts these conditions by affixing the appropriate mark when ordering.
REGISTRATION TO THE ONLINE STORE
The seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the buyer during registration.
The buyer registered in the online store receives an individual identity by providing a username and password. The individual identification of the Buyer prevents unauthorized acts by third parties on behalf of the buyer. The transfer by the buyer of the username and password to third parties is prohibited, the buyer is solely responsible for all possible negative effects in case of transfer of the username and password to third parties.
The personal information made available to the online store during registration or in any other way, without the authorization of the users, will not be transmitted to third parties and persons, except in cases where the law or judicial decision requires it.
PROCESSING EXECUTION OF THE ORDER
When placing an order, the buyer confirms that he knows the rules for the sale of goods via the online store and provides the Seller with the necessary information to place an order.
The seller prepares and ships the ordered items after receipt of payment.
If the buyer has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the product, before placing an order, the buyer must contact the seller via the seller's contact details published on the website of the online store.
